If you fancy taking pot luck, try a story from the extracts below:
Karen: Out of the Past
Boomer and Athena had been supportive, but they hadn't known. They hadn't been asked to take sides... Athena was Adaman, after all, and Boomer... well, he knew if Boomer betrayed him it would be because Apollo asked him to. It wouldn't the hardest thing he'd ever done for his lover. He was mad at him now, but Starbuck knew who Boomer would choose if it came to choosing. Apollo... damn, he'd always said he'd follow Apollo into hell, but he hadn't thought he'd get left there.

Karo : People Will Say We're In Love
Once that detail had been resolved to his satisfaction, and he'd made sure that Boxey was settled with his homework, Apollo stripped out of his sweaty uniform and stepped into the turbowash. Now that he was alone - or as close to alone as he was likely to get - he relived that horrifying micron when he saw Tinia's wedding designer pinch Starbuck's astrum. Apollo's first impulse was to laser the purple-haired meringue into oblivion. His second impulse was to shove his fist down the man's throat. Adrenaline had pounded through him, and with that primitive pulse, one word had repeated itself over and over in his head: Mine! Mine! Mine!

HeidiM: Bliss
He walks away, to head out on patrol with Boomer, and my smile fades. I lied. I do have more, waiting for me, in my quarters, in a drawer, with a hypo. I don't want it bad enough yet to take it, but it's comforting to know it's there, should things get too rough for me again.

Should Starbuck ever leave me, I mean.

Sithkitten : Confrontation
Starbuck kissed him back hungrily, wrapping his free arm around Apollo and pulling him closer. He hadn't expected this at all! But he wasn't complaining. His hand stroked eagerly at Apollo's crotch, the feel of the firm flesh under the uniform sending thrills through his entire body. .

Val : In My Life
Remembrance Ceremony. Starbuck sighed. He had a lot to remember, he supposed. They all did. But once a yahren they all put on their best clothes and tramped down to the chapels on every ship and spent centares remembering what they'd lost. In all honesty he thought it was an unhealthy addiction to the past. He only went because it was expected of him. He went through the show of grieving for people and things that had passed away

Anna : Mapping The Genome
"He thinks we'll be making out in the back seat, or something." Starbuck sat down beside him, and safe in the knowledge that it was only old Boomer in there with them, and he wouldn't talk, he pulled Apollo into his arms and kissed him roughly. "Like that," he said, and his voice was shaking as the suppressed fear overwhelmed him again for a micron. "Oh Apollo, you scared me."

"Knock it off, you two," said Boomer. "Or at least get down behind the seats where I can't see you reflected in the viewer screen. It's enough to turn a man off his dinner."
